1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ki333 ("ki333," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ki333 online gaming platform available at ki333.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on ki333, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. • You have not previously been excluded from ki333 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

ki333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) ki333 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your ki333 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your ki333 login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Notify ki333 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your ki333 account.

ki333 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where ki333 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ki333 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ki333 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at ki333's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ki333 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• ki333 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• ki333 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Funds deposited into your ki333 wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

ki333 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ki333 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered ki333 account holders only. ki333 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotional terms for each offer.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• ki333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors to gain an unfair advantage — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ki333 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's ki333 wallet. ki333's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ki333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ki333 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your ki333 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ki333 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ki333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ki333 Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ki333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ki333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ki333 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ki333 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

10. Privacy

ki333 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ki333 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

ki333 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

11. Responsible Gaming

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ki333 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
